Refund policy

Our store works with the print-on-demand service provided by Printify. This means that all products are made individually and only after an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges in cases where the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please submit this form.

Make sure to include a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged item.

If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, we may require an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for verification purposes.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for refunds or replacements if the wrong size or color was selected by the customer.
  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose between a reprint (with an additional cost) or a partial refund.
  • For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, there is a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches in print placement, so minor variations will not be considered defects.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
